Description
The Wisconsin Resource Center for Charter Schools (WRCCS) is a statewide team housed within CESA 9 to strengthen the charter school system in the state and improve student learning. We support all schools through reflection and articulation of practices across the system, moving our work beyond just charter schools to include schools, programs, and districts.
WRCCS supports the start-up and sustainability of schools and initiatives across the state, aiming to improve access and outcomes for all students by providing high-quality just-in-time resources, facilitating school-to-school connections, and disseminating information across the state.
The WRCCS team collaborates with schools to identify specific assets and areas of need and then engage in professional development in those areas in order to create high-quality schools for students in Wisconsin who are at an educational disadvantage.
