CESA 9 Crisis Response Team

Upon determining the need to contact the CESA 9 Crisis Response Team, a district administrator or designee should contact:

Procedure to Access the CESA 9 Response Team

1. Each district shall follow its local district’s Response Plan.

2. Upon determination of need, the district office and/or designee will call the CESA 9 Response Team Lead.

In the event of a crisis, each school district will be encouraged to organize its local School-based Response Team, which will:

• Assess the situation
• Establish a plan of action that will include a determination of the number of professionals needed from the CESA 9 Response Team and recommend the most beneficial use of their services.

The CESA 9 Response Team's   goal is to supplement the work of the School-based Response Team.
