Description
The Promoting Excellence for All (PEFA) training provides information and strategies successfully used by Wisconsin educators to raise the achievement of students of color, closing the gap between them and their peers. These schools represent all grade levels in urban, rural, and suburban settings.
CESA 9 offers personalized support for teams and leaders to work through the PEFA training, which includes the DPI course materials as well as supplementary materials developed by the CESA 9 team.
The core package of training includes four one-hour sessions for your team, as well as pre- and post-work assignments and materials. This package can easily be expanded or reduced to include more or less of the content based on your school’s needs.
