Description
This service will provide the local school district with computer network administration including network design, installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and support for Mac, Windows and cross-platform networks, including switches, routers and servers. The service will also support the district’s internet server including security, firewall and protocols. Assistance will be provided to district administrative staff in creating and implementing district IT policies and procedures including the enforcement of acceptable use policy. The service will include the basic maintenance of computer equipment and advice on the acquisition of such equipment connected to the network.
