The CESA 9 grant office investigates and monitors public and private funding sources at the local, state, and national levels for members, informing CESA 9 Grant Consortium members about available funding opportunities. The CESA 9 Grant Specialist works with clients to determine whether they qualify for a grant, documenting instructional gaps and educational needs of students, parents, teaching staff, administrators and communities. In addition to proposal writing, the CESA 9 Grant Specialist can help generate ideas for project components, locate and analyze successful grant proposals, and suggest collaborations.
Under the consortium agreement, as many as two competitive grant proposals will be submitted per consortium client per year, depending on timing, suitability of grant programs and availability of writing capacity. Critiquing/editing services, grant-writing training, and grant evaluation are also available.
For additional information on grant writing services, please contact Ann Brigham, CESA 9 Grant Writer/Evaluator.
